So many core memories start with Scott. Biking the towpath trail, underage beers at Scorchers, endless concert road trips and a network of lifelong friends that I wouldn’t have otherwise. I was just a shy high school kid who loved music, but the exposure to Scott’s world helped grow my personality more than my cd collection. He bought me my first guitar, mountain bike and all the General Tso’s chicken I could eat. I love you Scott, and sorry I got you kicked out of your back room apartment!

MY DAD!! I feel so lucky to be one of three people in the world whose dad sends them a different song every single day. The years of daily songs perfectly encapsulates who you are— consistent, committed, curious, loving, always seeking to discover cool new things, and expressing love/experiencing life through music every day. I strive to foster just 5% of those character traits in myself :) You’re the best dad and the kindest guy around! And TOO HANDSOME FOR TORONTO! I LOVE YOU!! ♥️

It is difficult for me to use words to express the love I have for my father, Scott. I fear I could procrastinate and twiddle my thumbs endlessly thinking of the right words to use, and never come to the real, most accurate, most suitable, expressions. Therefore, I choose to abandon the idea that I will be able to accurately summarize the depth of my feelings, and instead pursue a different path. I like Scott big big much, real big. In fact, for every one like that I Scott, two more Scott likes!

Hi Scott! Happy Father’s Day! I couldn’t ask for a kinder, funnier father-in-law. I always look forward to your stories and laughing with you, and I’m so glad to be a part of your family 💕

I want you to know that you are and will always be one of my all-time favorite human people! And I know a lot of human people! I usually find out what you’re up to through Facebook or my mom.I always think to myself “ damn, I really wish I saw him more” sometimes a random memory of us will pop into my head and I will just start laughing wherever I’m at. Like the opposite game or the game show that game show we invented.

What’s happening, Scott? I hope you’re having a fine day. We haven’t had an opportunity to chat lately. We need to get the ladies to schedule a night out. Hope to see you soon. Cheers, friend.

Scooter, Over the past 27 years I have had the pleasure of getting to know you. It's been a "little harsh" but incredibly rewarding to be your favorite brother in law. I couldn't put up with your sister without your support. I wish you the best in all you do.

Scott owns a mountain lake out here in Oregon. I showed it to him when he last visited, after the cat pissed in his suitcase. "Your lake, sir", says I, as we admired Scott Lake. I believe the man was pleased. Also: finest case of cradle cap I've ever seen.

Scotch!! The man who coined "Harvest Gold." Oy! That's something to brag about. I generally like to be out of town on such days like my birthday & Dads Day. I'm gregarious, but on such occasions, if theres a "thing" my AW SHUCKS meter spikes. So Dolli and I are spending Fathers Day on the road south for a couple weeks. But YOU, with that gaggle of yours! Have just the best one. I love you, big dummy! xoxo

I did a silly message from "Charlotte" but I wanted you to know, I'm not making light of how great you are. You are, it's just a simple fact, you are a great guy, you feel things deeply, you are empathetic and I love you very much, no more jokes...sorry.

Scott is the BEST brother anyone can ever have. We have shared a lifetime of adventures that no one else could understand. We've always been the best of friends, companions and siblings and for all these years, not one fight. You can't find a better human being than Scott!

We may not have all the money in the world, but we are richer than any family I know because we have you as a dad! Your kindness, wit, handsomnicity and humor are unmatched. Scott Shepard is without a doubt, the most interesting and fun person I’ve ever had the good fortune to meet. There are literally thousands of great stories and catchphrases that I have gathered because of him and my time at Time Traveler. He is truly such an incredible father and hilarious friend. I would say he’s the best boss I’ve ever had, but I can’t considering that there was never a second that I was at his shop that ever felt like work. I truly miss that part of my life.

I can feel how handsome you are through the internet! You’re the best Mr. Shepard I’ve ever met!
